About this property

Modern townhouse with fantastic views of the Port of Sóller.

  • Just a few meters from the bay of Puerto de Sóller with its beaches, restaurants and shops is this modern house in a set of 3 houses. The construction was completed in 2013 and has a good and comfortable equipment. You can park comfortably in the private parking and a few meters away is the entrance to the house that is located on the middle floor. On this level we can find the master bedroom with bathroom. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both rooms have access to their own terraces. On the upper floor of the house we find a bright and cozy living room with open kitchen. In this same level we find a terrace overlooking the port but on the roof is where we find the terrace to sunbathe and to make nice dinners with panoramic views of the port. The house does not have a pool but the proximity of the beach makes up for it perfectly.
