The small terrace at the top has incredible views of the Tramontana mountains and the town of Sóller, without the noise of cars and without noise other than the singing of the birds. The beautiful house has 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one room with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom and the other on the ground floor of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances together with a table for 4 people. The living room has a sofa and a wood stove to spend a few days in spring or winter. The house has air conditioning throughout the accommodation with hot and cold heat pump. In the town there is a small square with a church and a bar to have some good typical freshly squeezed orange juices. From the accommodation plan your getaways to the mountain of Biniaraix to enjoy the entire Sierra de Tramontana. The valley of Sóller and the Port are half an hour from Palma de Mallorca airport and enjoy very good communications, with their own railway, tram and bus service. The valley and the mountains that surround it, "the Serra de Tramontana", are the favorite destination of inhabitants from all over the world, especially those who love hiking, nature, culture, water sports, gastronomy or simply to rest, away from the tourist bustle of other perhaps better known places.
