Camp de Son Llempaies is a very well-maintained property with a typical Mallorcan appearance, featuring a stone facade. It is located at the entrance to the Port of Sóller. The interior is decorated in a blend of traditional and modern styles, with classic furniture but new and renovated bathrooms. This rural house has a spacious garden surrounded by a large pine forest, orange groves, lemon trees, and palm trees. The saltwater pool features a large sun deck and lounge chairs. It has 7 bedrooms, 3 floors, and 320 square metres of living space, accommodating 12 people. <br>The beach is located 700 metres away, where you’ll find the best restaurants; the supermarket is 600 metres away. <br><br>Additional information:<br>- Professional ping-pong table.<br>- Golf 15 km away.<br>- Upon request at the time of booking, we provide 2 cots and 2 high chairs at no additional cost.<br>- Upon request, we offer catering and housekeeping services for an additional fee, subject to availability.<br>Expenses: - Electricity charges apply starting at 70€ for 7 nights (the first 70€ are included in the booking price).
