Sunset Beach is ideal for fishing, kayaking, and dolphin watching. The beautiful Wanda Beach with its white sand is only 200m from the back gate and is perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Plenty of dining options nearby - only a 15-minute beach walk to The Cheeky Dog, or Rick Steins Bannisters for lunch. Take a short walk along the beach to the cafes and restaurants at D’Albora Marina. Perfect for breakfast on the water or a family dinner at sunset. Beside Sunset at The Moorings is a beautiful park on the beach with toilets, picnic tables and BBQ’s. A great location for a family get-together with giant gum trees, resident koalas and laughing kookaburras. Guests can play tennis at the local courts, where racquets are available from nearby reception. There is also plenty to do on rainy days. It’s only 6km to Tomaree Aquatic Centre heated pool and water slide. Next door is the Toboggan Hill Park with indoor mini golf, water balloon launchers and a maze. A bit further afield guests can take the local ferry to Hawks Nest Tea Gardens for a pub lunch. Watch for dolphins on the way or take a dolphin or whale watching cruise. Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process. Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks. EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion. Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure. Too many issues to mention all, but will never book a property with them again. Complete stuff up with wrong keys, noone trying to help, couldnt access marina which was the reason we booked, son cut foot on fishing hook as cleaning was poor, cost us extra money to store boat elsewhere, had to cancel 2 days of plans and the way we were treated when trying to get resolution was awful. ##### Colin C.
