What a gem of a hotel. Feels like staying in a museum but with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury hotel. Upgraded to a large and comfortable room. Great staff and breakfast. Walked everywhere it’s so central.

I dont usually write reviews for the hotels that I have stayed. But this one !!! I RECOMMEND it and Loved it through out our stay. We had an early flight and we were exhausted, when we came to the front of the door , immediately greeted by the staff and they weee really nice to let us check in early and upgraded our room. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The house keeping was top notched. Overall , me and my husband were really happy with the service we received and will stay here again next time in Madrid.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Everything iswas within walking distance . The staff were extremely sweet and nice. We had an incident there and the staff and management were so helpful. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Will definitely stay again.💕
