"When we arrived we were told that the facility had no partnership with Expedia, knew nothing about us, and we had to pay a second time for rooms even though we had already paid Expedia in full. Furthermore we had no water to shower, after complaining later had cold water only, when we arrived for breakfast at 6am, as instructed, there was only one person who was sleeping and he told us there is no food. After complaining we received two eggs and dry bread. "
