Tolle Lage und sauberes Hotel

Das Hotel liegt nur 2 Gehminuten vom Sokcho Strand entfernt- absolut perfekt . Auch zum Express Bus Terminal sind es nur 10 Minuten . Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Man darf aber nicht erwarten, Geschirr oder Ähnliches zu finden, die Küche ist nicht ausgestattet, dafür gibt es in dem App. eine Waschmaschine.Das Hotel ist ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert !

속초해변 바로 앞이라서 좋아요.

체크인은 B동에서 이루어지고, A동 7층 3인실 시티뷰였어요. 어메니티 치약, 칫솔, 샴푸, 린스, 샤워젤, 바디로션, 빗, 샤워캡, 면도기, 솜, 면봉 준비되어 있었어요. 실내 온도는 안에 온도 설정으로 조절 할 수 있어요. 소파, 테이블이 있어서 포장음식 먹기 편하고요. 대체적으로 신축이라서 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다. 수건 인원수대로 준비되어 있고, 다회용이 아닌 슬리퍼가 인원수대로 준비되어 있어서 좋았어요. 현미녹차, 인스턴트커피 인원수별로 있고요. 건물은 3개의 호텔이 오피스텔을 호텔 객실로 사용하는 거라서 프론트가헷갈릴 수 있습니다. 깨끗해서 재방문의사 있습니다~

호텔보다는 호스텔 느낌이 강합니다.

호텔 느낌보다는 오피스텔(호스텔) 느낌이 강해서 아쉬웠습니다. 입지 등은 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다.

Brand new hotel and centrally located

This was a newly built hotel, located right by Sokcho beach. It was also conveniently located by a coffee shop called Bossa Nova, which meant every morning started with a fresh cup of coffee. This complex was divided into two different buildings, each with its own underground parking. Not all the rooms in these complexes appear to be owned by this hotel though. The place was very clean and the location was right at the center of everything. I would definitely stay here again.

새로생긴 숙박이라 환경호르몬 냄새가 너무나요!!

위치는 진짜 좋은데 ㅠㅡㅠ 생긴지얼마안된냄새가 심해서 머리가 아프고 코가매워서 자기 힘들었어요 그냥 환경호르몬 마시면서 자는느낌 위치빼면 갈이유 1도없음요 재방문은 없음!!

좁지만 깨끗하고 주변 편의시설과 해변 접근성 탁월

급하게 신축이란 말만 보고 급히 예약해서 전망은 크게 상관 없었지만 2층에 옆건물이 보이는 더블룸 치고 비싼편인 듯 해요. 바다전망이라 해도 비슷한 전망 호텔과 비교하더라도 평수도 많이 적고 비싼 편이에요. 다만 신축이라 정말 깨끗하고 해변과 가깝고 주변 편의시설도 많아서 나름 만족했네요. 배달오토바이 소리에 낮잠을 망치기도 했지만 주변에 음식점도 많고 배달도 가능해서 입실부터 퇴실까지 차타고 나간적이 없네요. 많이 좁아서 답답하기도 하지만 필요한건 다 있으니 불편함은 없었어요. 조명이 밝고 화이트톤에 바닥이 카펫이 아니라 더 맘에 들었어요.

오피스텔인듯한 호텔

속초 해수욕장 바로 앞에 있어 이용했습니다. 오션뷰로 예약했지만 기대하던 뷰는 송림에 가려 안보입니다. 데스크에 말걸기가 불편할 정도로 친절하지 않아요. 패밀리룸으로 했는데 같은 사이즈의 방에 침대만 더 넣은것같아요. 통행하기가 불편할 정도로 좁습니다. 주변에 편의점외에 상가는 없어요. 방금 신축한 오피스텔이라고 생각하면 될 것 같네요. 신축이라 깨끗합니다.

Mixed Feelings

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Positives: it is new and in great condition, convenient parking under the hotel, right across the street from Sokcho Beach, several convenience stores within a few minute's walk, numerous restaurants within walking distance (10-20 mins). Negatives: Housekeeping needs improvement. The first day the towels weren't replaced and we had to track down housekeeping. The second day the room was never cleaned even though we had the "please clean room" sign turned on. The bed was advertised as "queen" but it wasn't.
