Zero problems. I am on bike trip and checked in late without issue (although you may want to avoid doing so). Property was as shown in photos. Super comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning. No bed bugs. Nice big window/skylight that lets a lot of light in.

만족했어요 pool이 조금 작았지만 바로 앞이 바다라 괜찮았어요 사장님께서 정말 친절하시고 잘 챙겨주세여 주변에 맛집도 많아서 잘 먹고 다녀가네요

관리하시는 분이 너무너무 친절하시고, 거의 24시간 상주하시면서 세세하게 도와주세요. 복층에 있는 침대가 아주 약간 작은 것 빼면 모든 것이 다 좋습니다\~

바닷가도 전세인것처럼 조용하고 좋았어요. 시설도 좋았음.. 저흰 딱히 라면만 끓여서 그렇지만 주방 시설은 약간 부족함..

#### 한적한 해변, 아침 바다 걷기

한적한 해변에서의 조용한 휴가를 보내기 좋아요. 복층인데 계단이 좁아 오르내리기가 불편합니다. IPTV 수신기 문제로 TV는 보지 못했습니다. 소소한 불편도 있었지만 아침에 해변을 따라 걷는 즐거움을 덮진 못했습니다.

#### 조용히 쉬고싶은곳

고성 공현진 바닷가에 조용한곳에 위치해서 편한하게 쉬다 왔네요. 시설물들이 이젠 좀 교체시기가 온듯합니다. 겨울철에는 난방에 문제가 있네요. 숙소 바로 근처에 '금강산도식후경' 이란 식당이 있는데 꼭 추천 합니다.

#### 침대와 층간소음만 아니면 좋은데요

공간은 좋았으나 침대상태가 좋지못했습니다. 자고일어나니 허리가 ㅠㅜ 1층에서 묵었는데 2층 층간소음도 심하고, 조명도 켜지면(2층) 아랫층까지 영향이옵니다.

#### 아름다운 빌라에 친절한 스테프들이 인상적인 숙소

깔끔하고 멋진 숙소였습니다. 복층식의 방이 인상적이었고 2층에는 침대와 월풀이 있었습니다. 월풀은 작동을 잘 했고 온수도 잘 나왔습니다. 난방은 천정에 설치된 에어컨디셔너로 작동했는데 1층은 약간 추웠지만 2층은 따뜻했습니다. 무엇보다 스테프가 친절했던 점이 마음에 듭니다. 방 상태도 꼼꼼히 봐 주시고 방에 설치된 에탄올 난로도 저렴한 비용에 설치해 주셔서 따뜻하면서도 운치있는 밤을 보냈습니다. 조식은 샌드위치, 과일, 쥬스를 주셨는데 센스가 있는 조식이었던 것 같습니다. 빌라 앞으로 조금만 걸어나가면 해변이 있고 해변도 매력적이고 멋졌습니다. 비교적 저렴한 비용에 풀빌라의 장점을 누릴 수 있는 좋은 숙소였던 것 같습니다. 적극적으로 추천합니다.

#### 한적한 바닷가에서 편안한 휴식이 필요하다면 선택해도 좋은 곳

건물 바로 앞에 해변이 있어서 바다 놀이하기 좋습니다. 안전요원이 있는 해수욕장은 걸어서 2-3분 정도 옆으로 가야하지만 성인들의 경우라면 숙소 앞 바다가 더 좋습니다. 성수기임에도 삼척이나 다른 곳에 비해서 바다도 깨끗하고 물이 맑고 사람이 별로 없어서 좋네요. 바다 외에 주변에 놀거나 먹을거리가 부족한 점을 제외하고는 좋습니다. 룸 컨디션은 비교적 깨끗하게 관리를 잘 하고 있고, 복층 위의 매트리스만 좀 더 편한 것으로 교체를 하시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 복층에서 바라보는 일출, 일몰 뷰는 정말 좋으나 자고 일어나서 허리가 너무 아팠습니다. 전반적으로 추천할 만한 곳입니다.

앞에 바다 모래사장이 쓰레기 천지예요 9월에 갔는데 밤에 잘 때 추웠어요. 아침밥 샌드위치 빵 딱딱하고.. 맛없어요.. 아주머니들이 친절하지도 않고 불친절하지도 않아요. 그냥 그랬어요

#### 무난하지만 약간 아쉬움

무난 했는데 가격대비 아쉬운 면도 있습니다 물놀이시 객실내 습기가 차서 통유리가 무의미.. 풍경이 잘 보이지 않았고 객실내 커피머신 및 티는 전혀구비되어잇지 않앗어요 이정도 숙소 가격에 그정도는 구비되어잇어야 할거같아요 카페에 내려가면 마실 수 있으나 수영장 물놀이나 월풀에서 목욕하다 옷 다 챙겨입고 내려가기 불편함이 큽ㄴㅣ당... 1층 카페에 아메리카노만 가능.. (근데 커피가 맛이...) 조식으로 제공되는 샌드위치 허접하지않고 생과일(통사과)도 챙겨주시고 괜찮았습니다^^ 벽지가 아주 깨끗하거나 하진 않아요 약간의 연식이 느껴짐 수영장이나 월풀은 깨끗했고 아이가 아주 재밌게 놀았어요 사장님 친절하십니다

조용한 위치에, 객실에서 보는 바다뷰가 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 복층구조라서 거실과 침실을 계단으로 오르내리는게 좀 불편했습니다. 숙소 앞 바닷가로 나가는 소나무 숲길이 정비가 잘 안되서 아쉬윘습니다. 코로나 시대에 한적하게 힐링하기 좋은 숙소입니다^^

#### 힐링이 되는 숙소

숙소 관리가 너무 잘되어 있고, 조식으로 주시는 샌드위치를 피크닉바구니에 넣어 비치에서 먹는 아침식사가 너무 낭만적이었어요. 코로나시대라 사람들이 많은 곳은 꺼려지는데 숙소 앞 비치가 거의 프라이빗 비치처럼 사용할 수 있어 안전하게 즐기다가 왔어요. 그리고 룸에 작은 풀이 있어 저녁에도 아이와 물놀이를 즐길 수도 있어 좋았습니다. 너무 만족스러운 숙소덕분에 힐링이 되는 휴가였습니다.

#### 조용한 휴식으로 추천합니다

조용하고 넘 좋습니다. 리셉션겸 카페에서 커피를 마실수 있고, 조식바구니로 바나나 샌드위치, 오렌지가 나와요\~ 이런것들이 다른숙소에 비해 편리하고 좋았어요^^ 숙소는 조금 연식이 되었지만 편안하고 깨끗합니다. 옆 해변까지 걸어서 5분,,

#### 실망입니다...

호텔 홍보사진에 해변에 바로 걸어 들어갈 수 있는 것처럼 나왔는데, 직접 가서 체크인하고 보니 간첩 침투 방지 철조망 설치되어 있어, 해변으로 들어갈 수 없었음. 철조망을 포토샵으로 지웠음. ㅠㅠㅠ 302호 3층에 묶었는데, 엘리베이터 없어서 무거운 캐리어 들고 올라가느라 정말 골탕먹었음. 방 내부는 복층 구조인데, 내부 회전계단이 수직이고 너무 협소해 90 킬로 이상 나가는 사람은 계단에 낄 가능성 큼. ㅠㅠㅠ

102호 이용 하였습니다. 깨끗하고 통유리로 보이는 바다가 넘 좋았어요 특히 방에서 눈뜨자 마자 보이는 일출은 나갈 필요 없이 볼 수 있어 편했고 정말 예뻤습니다. 편안한 숙소 였어요 사장님 친절 하시고 다음에 또 이용 하겠습니다.

#### 웜 풀과 은은한 달빛

고성 처음 갔는데 해안가에 바로 지어진 빌라라서 침대에서 창 쪽으로 보면 달이 쏟아질 듯 운치가 있어요 다만.. 히터를 켜야해서 시스템 난방을 켰는데 소음이 너\~\~\~무 커서 공장 돌리는 줄;; 자정이 넘어갈 때는 결국 껐는데 조용해졌지만.. 점검 한 번 필요할 듯 합니다. 사장님께 직접 말씀 못 드려서 죄송합니다.

아늑하긴했는데 담배찌든내가 한가득, 금연이라는말이 무색하게 1박하는동안 냄새가너무났어요 ㅠ 아가도있었는데 진짜 숨쉬기힘들었음... 뷰는 그래도 좋았습니다. 스파도 좋았어요. 직원분들은 매우 친절했습니다. 조식도 굿굿
