Am Strand vor dem Hotel haben wir eine benutze Spritze gefunden, am Pool lagen rostige Schrauben. Die Toiletten am Pool wurden den ganzen Tag nicht gereinigt. Allergy arrangements that had been requested on booking where lost. However when I complained I got a phone call from the Manager Mr. Salim who was very helpful. He helped us move rooms and this made up for the earlier mistake. Mr Salim's willingness to call and help us made the stay much better.
