I don't like complaining but there were 3 roaches in my room, my ac remote had no back plate and the batteries kept fallingbout and would lock the remote, had to go to front desk for help and another time they had to send maintenance. The shower is very unsanitary, the toilet does not seperate from the shower and the shower did not drain properly water would back up. Uhhh

My husband had a lovely time while he stayed at the cottage. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Unfortunately, they have a gym attached to the property and if you happen to be in the wrong area as a guest, you continue to hear, thumping and bumping all hours of the day and into the night

Overall the property is nice. It’s a bit expensive for the La know amenities. The rooftop skybar wasn’t open. Gym wasn’t opened. One restaurant was open, however the menu was ok and the price was very expensive. I ordered the crème brûlée, worst crème brûlée I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t mind staying here once the property is fully up and running. The staff was nice but not very engaging unless you engage them. Again, nice property but based on location, available amenities, food and cost I’d reconsider staying here again. #Overpriced
