  • Apartment block "Alpenapart Saphir", built in 2009. In the district of Windau 900 m from the centre of Sölden, 84 km from the centre of Innsbruck, 150 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bakery 200 m, bus stop "Sölden Haus Bella Vista" 350 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 38.9 km, indoor swimming pool 1.1 km. Mountain railway, ski lift, slopes 150 m, cross country ski track 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 150 m. The owner does not accept any groups. Aquapark "Freizeitarena Ötztal". Tennis, 9-hole golf course in Mieming 60 km. Ride. Fishing. Summer skiing in Retten/Tiefenbach glacier 14 km. paragliding. Hiking trails, mountain hikes, climbing. Bike paths, mountain bike routes. Ötztal fun park.
    "Opal", 2-room studio 45 m2, on the lower ground floor. Practical and beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 3 beds and cable TV. Sep. WC. Underfloor heating. No view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. All rooms have basement windows (no view).
