There are 4 bedrooms, Blue room 1 piece single bed. Double bed 180 x200, yellow room 2 pcs. single beds 90 x 200, blue flower room 1 piece. single bed 90 x 200. New bedrum 2\. floore. 1 bed 90 x 200. New shower room. The kitchen has been newly renovated with a small dishwasher, new sink drawers and cupboards. (some of the old is retained, but repainted) Toilet is located in separate room. Renovated june 2025 On the 2nd floor there is a large family room with TV tables and chairs. Repo with desk, as well as the yellow bedroom. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer Access to wood-burning sauna with shower and relax area. incl. refrigerator for extra payment directly to the homeowner (SEK 150 per time) Guest card for fishing summer-winter. The house is located 50 meters from Lake Barken with access to sandy beach. There are Gjös, trout, perch, Gjedda, and other fish in the lake Fishing items may be brought, for ice fishing there is ice drill available. We have now added a boat with motor for the fishing enthusiasts. Towels sheets, pillowcases and duvets is included in the price. The house has no fireplace, but earth heat. no candles, due to fire hazard. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig aber dennoch nicht abgelegen und ganz nah am See. Der morgendliche Blick von der Veranda auf den See wird uns noch sehr, sehr lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Das Wasser des Sees war kühl (auch im Spätsommer) aber mit dem Boot, das uns die Vermieter zur Verfügung stellten, konnten wir den großen See und die angrenzenden Seitenarme wunderbar erkunden. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, die Vermieter sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und entspannt. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Wandermöglichkeiten zu eindrucksvollen Orten. Zum Supermarkt in Söderbärke sind es ca. 4,5 km. Vermieter sind gastfreundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Es gan eine kleine unterweisug was sich wo im Haus befindet und auf dem Grundstück. Wie z.B. Sauna, diese ist mit Holz heizbar, hat gut funktioniert und es ist zu empfehlen sie zu nutzen, wo der Elektrogrill steht und das man sich ein Bott von ihnen leihen kann, für Ausflüge oder Angeln am See. (Im Winter Eisfischen) Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das restliche Haus ist gemütlich ausgestattet. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die lage ist ruhig und läd zur spaziergängen ein, Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind mit dem auto gut zu erreichen. Sowie ein natur Freibad in Söderbärke. Städte Trips von da sind gut möglich und der besuch von einer Elch farm ist empfehlenswert (Långshyttans Älgpark) Eine sehr schöne zeit verbracht, mit tollem Wetter und verhältnismäßig wenig Mücken. ##### Slawomir L.
