The location of the island is exceptional and there were five or six baby with sharks swimming 10 feet offshore throughout our stay. There is many coral reefs in the area so No need to spend extra money booking a snorkeling trip, just bring your snorkel and fins. "We had a good time at the property. Spent most of our time on excursions, food and beverage was expensive as is throughout French Polynesia. Their mixed drinks were very questionable and very expensive. I’m sure they did not know how to actually make them."

"Lots of construction going on so days were noisy. The elevator didnt work and our room was on the 3rd floor. It wouldve been nice if some compensation was offered. Pool was perfect. Food lacked imagination. When we needed to have a late check out time we were charged so I mentioned the broken elevator and then was offered a smaller fee to pay. This is a beautiful spot and lovely hotel but falls short of luxurious. We were told by a tour guide of the islands struggle after Covid so some of the...
