"Hot water is provided by a 2.5 gallon heater that isn't capable of providing hot water for a shower of more than 2 minutes. This might work for some, but made my family miserable for our entire stay. If I had known this, I wouldn't have booked the property at any price. Property is generally in poor condition including holes in the exterior siding, water stained ceilings and floors, sloping floors, furniture in poor condition, etc. A barely functional set of cookware, dishes and utensils was provided- not enough bowls, ancient worn non-stick cookware, mismatched yard sale utensils. If I had known, I would have brought my own. Cooling is provided by a small A/C unit in the loft and a portable A/C unit on the ground floor. We didn't use during our stay."

"Be sure to check in at their sister hotel 1.5 miles away, there is no office at the motel. The rooms that face the river have a parking lot in need of repairs as well as the steps leading to the rooms. The coffee maker did not operate in our room. While the bed, linens and bathroom were clean and fresh, there were dead bugs on the old heater below the a/c unit."

"Beautiful property w easy access to lake ,we had a 26' pontoon boat and had no real issues coming or going.5 minute drive to restaurant's/bar. Over all a great time."

"We did not find out that the restaurant and continental breakfast were not available until we arrived due to construction. We should have been advised when we booked the hotel. Upon check-in, no one told us that there were cold breakfast items available in the office. Also, was a little disappointed to find that check-in time ended so early."
