The check in and out process was super smooth. The house was more spacious than we anticipated and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a bit of a fly problem in the house and there were also many ladybugs inside. We would have appreciated more towels and all of the beds were not made up. It was clean and well stocked and made for a nice space to stay for a weekend, though maybe a bit dated. However, we encountered a number of issues over the course of just a couple of days that were really disappointing for the price paid: a kitchen sink that had no hot water with a faucet that eventually just broke, a bathroom faucet that was leaking hot water and eventually just broke, a broken toilet seat, a broken shower door that made one of the bathrooms unusable for multiple days, and large flies and ladybugs entering the unit through multiple windows.The management staff and repairman was friendly, but took hours to respond to initial calls or messages. Ultimately, the shower door and one of the faucets were fixed during our stay, but the other problems remained even after we left like no hot water from multiple sinks. It makes for a nice home base given the location and some of the delays were understandable given how far up you are, but the condition of the unit overall was disappointing for the price and the listing. ##### Scott M. Owner should let potential guests know there will be no cell service and that the Wi-Fi is unreliable. The land line was very helpful but not as good as my own phone. 2\. We did not have a printer to print the parking pass - I would recommend the staff leaving the parking pass in the unit for guests when they check in.
