31 Black Bear Crossing is a 7 bedroom, 5 ½ bathroom, short walk to slopes

(Powderidge lift/Black Bear run) end-unit townhouse that sleeps 19

comfortably. Hot tub, pet-friendly + mesh network Wifi enables entertainment

or remote working for all. With large entryway with benches and wall hooks for

gear, the Main level has 1 bedroom with 43" smart TV, 1 + 1/2 bathrooms,

living room with smart TV, soundbar, gas fireplace, leather sectional,

recliner, dining, and fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, gas range, granite

counter. The Lower level has a 2nd living area with sectionals & TV, a wet bar

including full refrigerator, sink, microwave, bar seating for 5, a

washer/dryer, and 2 bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a twin over

full bunk bed. Both rooms have TVs. The Upper level has 4 bedrooms and 3

bathrooms. Bedding includes 2 king beds, Full bed plus twin over full bunk

bed, and twin over full bunk bed. All rooms have TVs.

This large condominium/townhouse was perfect for us! The ski in and ski out was nice and utilized by everyone except the little ones (5 years). We were too tired- and forgot our bathing suits- to use the hot tub. Plenty of towels, gels and shampoos in the bathrooms.
