It was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for th meals we cooked. The location was excellent! Very convenient for skiing. The locker combinations for the ski lockers were not correct, but a helpful attendant got the updated combinations. They said that it happens a lot. We didn't arrive to the area until 11 PM but Casago made the check-in process very simple. There were plenty of luggage carts to help get all of our stuff to our room. We struggled a bit with the combination locker for ski storage but maintenance quickly responded and solved the issue. Location is perfect for skiing and access to the quaint Village (better restaurants than expected). And my kids' highlight was getting in the heated pool every night after coming off the slopes! However, This property appeared to have not been really cleaned or taken care of in months, if not years. Much of the deck and plastic furniture was in disrepair, and the entire deck and furniture was FILTHY!! We could not even sit out there before scrubbing the furniture down. I notified Casago immediately, and they sent cleaners the next day. But, the cleaners were not prepared for the dirt and problems. They did the best they could. I would not recommend staying here until this unit is repaired/remodeled and deep cleaned. I don’t ming things being older and not updated, but cleanliness and safety are a big concern for me.
