We have traveled to Snowshoe for 10+ years on the same weekend for a race but sadly this was one of our not so favorite experiences. Snowshoe did experience higher temperatures than normal for this weekend but sadly the AC wasn’t working correctly. The property management company did bring fans but the owner wasn’t much help, tried to tell me he could see the thermostat remotely and it was fine, very untrue. The AC was set on 68 but was on 78-82 degree all weekend, very hot for a mountain house. I am also disappointed in the amount of dog hair and how dirty the floors were, our socks were so dirty after being there only a few hours. We were so excited to stay at this place because of the view and all the rooms for our friends to stay with us but overall it was not a pleasant experience. I hope the owner or the property manager reaches out about a refund or a compensation because it is much deserved. Thank you. ##### Cameron S.
