We had a wonderful time staying at the house. It was really convenient, walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. Close to the freeway.
Hot tub was an awesome addition. Quiet neighborhood, really cute house.
Its a cute 2 bdrm house perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and tidy. It was also within walking distance to downtown Snohomish where there was plenty of places to shop and eat. Loved the hot tub!
Perfectly close to downtown. Facilities perfect fit for our cooking and cleaning needs.
Very cute house. Had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend away from home. The hot tub was huge perk and yard was comfortably private making using the hot tub even more enjoyable.
We loved this place! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable and cute, the area was just the perfect distance to the awesome downtown, local conveniences and main roads, and the owners were super-responsive and friendly. My wife and adult son spent seven days there and didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend this rental; it exceeded all of our expectations!
Our daughter and son-in-law stayed at this house. They said the house was spotless and the location was great!
The kitchen and bathroom were modern and had all the essentials. The hot tub was a nice thing to have. Communication with the management was excellent! There were no issues with the house. Everything worked as expected.
Couldn’t get access information until 11/2 hours before check in. We were traveling from quite a distance and had no idea if we would get a response. Once at the location there was no exterior lighting. Having night blindness and handling bags. It was needed. Upon entering the property, in the living room, there were Pennie’s strewn about the couch and on the floor. As if some hurried off it. No big deal but weird. But the house stunk. Then saw an empty drink bottle on shelf. Then looking to our right. The first bedroom was a mess. It appeared someone had just thrown the bedding up to appear made. The carpet was disgusting. Then walking into the kitchen area, wet towels strewn about on the table, floor and washer/ dryer area. Oh, but it gets worse. Turning to the backyard door; dirty pair of socks on the floor. Walk out to the backyard; trash overflowing. Lift the jacuzzi lid; bugs floating and a gagging smell. I was assured to receive a full refund. That was on Dec 20th and it is now January 3rd! I incurred more expenses by having to find a hotel quick. Also was late to company party by an hour and fifteen minutes. Embarrassing. Worst experience from a vacation rental ever.
We checked in on May 14 2023 during a heat advisory in Snohomish. The property is listed as not having AC which would normally be ok, but we were visiting when temperatures were about 100 daily. The house is tiny and painted black with no interior fans for circulation, so it is VERY HOT. We arrived late at night after a day of travel with our 4 year old & 1 year old and the house was 90 degrees. It never got below 85 overnight. Our 4 year old has special medical needs & is highly susceptible to dehydration & heat stroke, which could lead to emergency brain surgery. Thus, we left immediately when we woke up to keep our child safe, and messaged the host to let them know we had vacated early and asked for a refund for 4 unused nights. The host uses a platform that sends automated messages, but clearly he didn't check our replies as he never responded. We had to call VRBO, spending hours on the phone, so they could get in touch with the host, who then replied saying he would do nothing about it despite this being a special circumstance given the heat advisory & our daughter's unique medical situation. As a business owner myself, I am deeply disappointed in this mismanagement & lack of communication. On top of that, he refused to work with us given our unique situation & our daughter's medical needs, which is irresponsible & tactless.
Super charming house - perfectly styled, with everything we wanted. Awesome location (short walk to the best street in town - food/shopping/coffee). Great host to engage with. This was exactly why I’ll use VRBO again.
Great place within walking distance to old Snomohish
This is a great little place for a couple or a small family.
We used this as a starting point to ride the nearby Centennial Trail. After our rides, we could walk into town for dinner at the very fine restaurants in downtown Snohomish.
The place was clean and well taken care of.
There were two minor areas of concern. First, we could never really get the dryer to fully dry the towels. We used to have a dryer with the same issue, but knew the workaround. I am sure there is a way to force the dryer to not stop, but we could not figure it out during our short stay there.
Second is the neighbors light. There is a very nice hot tub in the back that we liked to use in the evening, especially after the 60 mile cycle ride. Unfortunately, the backyard neighbors have a light that shines directly into the backyard and the hot tub. It is one of those security type lights so it is extraordinarily bright. Basically one of those have to keep your hands up to shield your eyes because it is so intense lights. I know that is not under the property owners direct control, but it would be nice if they could work with the neighbors to either turn off the light or change the orientation so it shines in their own yard instead of pointing directly at the back of the rental house.
Despite those minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to spend time in the area.
We stayed here while attending my brothers wedding. It was close by US 2. Hotels were booked out and cost more. It was quiet and located near historical area that has restraunts and shops. Plenty of space for us and overall clean. The hot tub does need cleaning so we didn't use that.
