You may see deer, squirrels, chipmunks, woodpeckers, and bald eagles throughout the day. As night falls listen to the distant calls of coyote or spot a curious raccoon, opossum or owl. This 3 bedroom 4 bath home enjoys spectacular views of Mount Pilchuck and the surrounding forest hills. Large windows allow you to take in the sites and sounds from nearly every room. Just 30 minutes to Downtown Everett. Welcome to Deer Ridge! A three acre property comprised of this main estate home and 2 world famous luxury treehouses (also used as rentals). Enter the 2 story foyer through the hand made decorative iron door and you will instantly know you are somewhere special. Stress seems to melt away as you are surrounded by nature and spectacular views! Livingroom area: The living room contains a restored Steinway grand piano surrounded by twin love seats. A reclaimed 1900s train cart was converted to become our coffee table and pays tribute to the old logging culture this area once had. Large picture windows allow you to take in stunning views of the mountains and surrounding hills. Dinning: Three dinning options are yours to choose from. The formal dinning room has view windows and a beautiful round table easily served from the butlers counter in the kitchen. A sliding door off this room leads to a large balcony should you choose to have your meal outdoors. The views from this balcony are amazing and make for a wonderful place to host a BBQ or just sit and relax. The third dinning option is in the less formal dinning room behind the kitchen which contains a large farmhouse table which expands to seat up to 12 people! Kitchen: An extensively equipped gourmet kitchen outfitted with the finest appliances is the heart of this home. A large Viking refrigerator, dishwasher, 3 convection ovens, and 4 burner indiction cooktop ensure even large meals can be prepared easily. Professional La Cruset cookware, dishes, and cutlery are all provided. Library: A work friendly office space and library are also at the back side of the home. The library filled with over 400 fine books is a wonderful place to curl up fireside with a classic. Arcade: Great for kiddos (and us kids at heart), our basement free-play arcade provides a great way to stay entertained for hours! 9 machines containing dozens of classic games are yours to enjoy free! We also just added a paid machine (Stacker) where you can win real prizes. Bedrooms: The top floor is where you will fine the bedrooms. The master suite is large and contains the finest king size duel zone adjustable bed we could find! Outfitted with crisp clean white linens you are in for some of the best sleep you have ever had! a 65 inch smart TV is centered on the bed. Views from the master windows are spectacular and sunrise over the mountain can be breathtaking! The walk-in master closet is used for our storage but we have a built-in wall closet and 2 multi drawer bedside tables ensuring enough room for your clothes. There is also a built-in ironing board station. The master bath has a shower with twin heads, new toilet, and a vanity with lots of storage. A Peloton Bike and weights are yours to enjoy and face the view windows. An auto inflating been size airbed is included for overflow guests (VRBO details as a futon). The guest bedrooms each have queen beds with high end memory foam mattresses and smart TVs. Real wood shutters allow for total darkness if desired for your little ones or others who like to sleep in a bit. The garage are used for treehouse supply storage and is not accessible. You may see the caretaker outside during the day doing yard work or maintaining the treehouses and grounds. She will fully respect your privacy. We have a 5 star rating and want to earn yours too. We want Deer Ridge to be a place guests look back at fondly and want to revisit for many years to come. This 3 acre property is yours to enjoy, We have a 2 story treehouse that is at the north west of the property and a Millhouse the south west of the property that are also used as vacation rentals. We ask all parties be respectful of each others privacy and that all keep outdoor noise to a minimum. To protect the serenity of Deer Ridge, we have outdoor quiet hours between 8pm and 8am. please make sure all guests in your party know about and abide by this. We respect your privacy. You may see the property caretaker doing yard work during the day or outside as she maintains the treehouses. This home is in the country to give you an escape from the city. We are about 30 minutes to downtown Everett and about an hour to Seattle. Downtown Snohomish is an easy drive and features many antique shops and restaurants. We are not far from the Boeing Main plant and Paine Field Airport. A car is needed We pride ourselves on giving you a high level of customer service. My wife and I as well as the bridal party stayed here. There was lots of room for everyone. We did use an air mattress or 2 but nothing was cramped. The first night we lost power for about 5 hours because of a fallen tree and after I sent Joe a message he was able to give us updates on timeframe to get it back on. We also lost air conditioning but I gave Joe a quick call and with in 2 hours it was back on. Overall we had a great experience and Joe was very quick to help us out. Very happy with this property and our stay. It was also very close to hiking (Granite Fall Fish Ladder) that was accessible to kids and adults. I’ll definitely be back! This was an amazing home. I like the atmosphere very much. I was in town for just the night checking it out for future stays in the area and I fell in love with this property. Very well maintained, and very comfortable beds. This was an excellent home for my family with great toy options included for the kids. If you want to do activities mainly in the Cascades, this is an awesome location. It also is not a terrible drive to various locations on the Sound including all the way to downtown Seattle. We likely will be back to visit family 4 minutes down the road! ##### Brent W. This is a beautiful home, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to town or any big city exploring you may want to do. The living spaces are big enough for everyone to be together while at the same time designed so that everyone can spread out and enjoy the quiet. The owners were quick to respond and gracious hosts. All three bedrooms are upstairs and the library downstairs provides a nice little nook to set up the self inflating air bed, if needed. Highly recommend! ##### Jennifer L. After we had left the house, we had missed placed some items. They went above and beyond to help us look for it. Our stay at this property was awesome. The hosts approved a get together in advance for a few family and friends for my husbands 30th Birthday party and Joe was very responsive and helpful in making that happen and I think making us both comfortable with the plan. My niece and nephew loved the fire pit in the front yard and we utilized the BBQ and hot tub. The house with the library is comfortable and everything in tip top shape. Kind of wish we had rented the two tree house VRBO's they have on the property as well! The only thing I would say is you're not very close to a town/restaurants if that's important to you. ##### Camille C. There were no real issues just small stuff that he explained how to take care of and we could do that ourselves. We were apparently a little loud outside he called me and in the nicest manner possible explained the policy of quite time. If I have any suggestions It would be exten the hours for hot tub use. When we got there it was cold. When we reached out to the property manager we were told it was because they just changed the water. But it didn't warm up the rest of the night we kept checking until about midnight and then gave up and went to bed. The second day the water was warmer than the air, but not nearly warm enough to be an enjoyable experience for the adults, in addition the water was green and cloudy (despite just getting changed??). We talked to the property manager again and were told it would just take time to warm up. Here's the the thing... it NEVER warmed up. So we paid a premium rate for a hot tub that we never got to use. It was a very dissappointing experience for us. Everything else was good, house was clean and well stocked. ##### Jessica G.
