"This townhome is very worn out - kitchen flooring is loose/missing, torn/stained linoleum in the bathrooms, missing chairs for kitchen countertop and dining table, no coffee table in living room, worn cabinet doors, random items in bedrooms, etc. All appliances worked good.In my opinion, they just need to invest some money for repairs/updates.
