The boardwalk was closed due to a city of Kelowna direction (which I looked up on line) and a long standing dispute on its condition and who should repair it. I asked when it will be open and the front desk said “I don’t know maybe tomorrow.” So, they should stop showing pictures and mentioning the boardwalk in their hotel information. The laundry room was disgusting, we had hornets flying around our balcony and if you look real close many things are only superficially cleaned. Too bad, it could be a much better place.
