"Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful & polite. The room was TINY - nowhere to put suitcases. We were tripping over them on the floor all night. It was very shabby - paint chipped, baseboard missing, front window was stuck closed. Bathroom window did not shut tight and the wind howled through it all night long. We paid way too much money for what we got. BTW - the horses are part of the stable next door not owned by the guesthouse. I was told “sometimes they come near the property - but they bite.” They were so far out in the fields that you could barely see them."
