Communication was terrible, but thank goodness the couple who cleans was there and they were a huge help, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get our access code. "

The property is missing a few items that would improve the stay: a pair of scissors, paper towels and sharp knives. There are areas that need some maintenance like the shower caulking, the bathroom faucet, the front door knob and the sofa. "
