"The downstairs areas in the arcade were super cute and well furnished. The bedrooms felt kind of simplistic compared to downstairs but they were clean. The kitchen could definitely use some more stuff, a casserole dish, real metal silverware, a strainer, tin foil, multiple and thicker oven mitts, the one that was there was very thin and I had to use multiple rags just to get stuff out of the oven. Having some single use sauce packets or condiments in the fridge would have also been super helpful. With how far the cabin is away from stores it’s important that guests are able to cook good meals! Overall the area was beautiful and I hope to come back soon. "

"Great place overall suiting my needs. Space for kitchen items is small, which is fine but sorting and getting organizers would be helpful. Nice hot water and bed slept good. "

"My hubby wanted to go somewhere remote and go fly-fishing for his b-day; well this cabin was perfect for him. its remote and there is a steam across the gravel road from the cabin he could go to. He didnt catch anything but the locals he talk to said that area was the hot spot. The weather was good, it did snow one day and was very cold; the power did go out and we had to drive close to town to make a call to the host to report the outage and it took several hours to repair but we had good family time waiting. The cabin is so remote, you only have wifi calling. the rest of the week the weather was nice and mild. The cabin is a drive from town, so you know...like 25-30 mins. the closes store was a Dollar General which had most what we needed. We cooked in most nights which was great. We did forget our airfryer and ask the host to send back to us (obliviously) we will pay the shipping but havent heard back from him yet on that. Marion town is small and cute, not to many restaurants but a couple. The one we went to a couple of times was the Wooden Pickle. its small but so good; has a full menu/drinks! Over all the cabin was really nice, all bedrooms are downstairs and living/kitchen upstairs. There is a firepit outside off to the side but we didnt use it. We use the grill and ate outside upstairs most nights. Over all it was everything he wish for on his b-day "
