Smith's Ranch Drive-In Theater

The hot tub spas were excellent temperatures ranged from 100 to 106 very accessible and open to use all day the downside was the property is in desperate need of some upgrades carpets were very worn buildings were unkempt and the staff very lackluster restaurant for dinner was pretty good but the breakfast food was inedible this place is great for a one or two night stopover but not for an extended stay rooms were dated but clean beds were comfortable bathrooms clean we did have an issue of having a room with a pool View very close to one of the hot tubs where other guests were using it noisily until 3:00 a.m. probably will not return here

Property was well kept, clean, and secured. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The surrounding area is spectacular.
