Ample parking with a two car garage plus two cars in the driveway. So many features, reverse-cycle air-conditioning & heating, plus ceiling fans and heaters in bedrooms, two living areas, two smart TV's plus 2 DVD players and Free WIFI. Two balconies - top deck has ocean views, walk to the popular Smiths Beach surf beach and the local shops. After a day at the beach, clean up at the outdoor shower and have a BBQ in the enclosed backyard. The well equipped spacious kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, and the dining area seats 6 people. Main bathroom has a bathtub, and separate toilet plus upstairs has an en-suite. NO PETS ALLOWED Downstairs- Two bedrooms with Queen beds Bathroom with tub & separate toilet Living area, study & laundry Upstairs - Living / Dining, two balconies Kitchen Main bedroom (queen bed) En-suite LINEN NOT SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property. Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond. CANCELLATION POLICY 2024 Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
