"Our stay to visit our grandson at William and Mary was very brief, only one night. We were very impressed with our room, a two bedroom ground floor suite with a very nice kitchen area and additional living space in a den and outdoor patio. The amenities seemed very good, although we did not have time to do more than enjoy a walk around the beautiful grounds. Would definitely come again. "

"Everything was good,,, close to alot of restaurants,,,,,olive garden was in the same parking lot,, parking was a little packed, but manageable!! No complaints from my stay"

"The water would not get hot just luke warm no mater how long you let it sit. There sink facet was wabbly and the there was 2 small pieces of tap on the ceiling in the bathroom. Over all a great and convienent place to stay but still needs a few adjustments since its still new"

"Overall stay was ok. Quiet area. I was placed on the first floor very noisy at night! Also, this is an “extended stay” so don’t expect your room to be cleaned given fresh towels if you’re only staying one night. However I did receive fresh towels when I asked the front desk. "

"We were given the wrong room, walked into that room, it had other guests items in it. Pool had huge locks of hair floating in it. We asked for towels, we were told no. It smelled like smoke, food all over the couch in the room. TV didn’t work, took my husband almost 45 minutes fixing it to get it to work. My shoes literally stuck to the hotel floor when walking. Elevators were nasty. Breakfast was gone by 8:30. We wouldn’t have ate it anyway. We will never stay here again. "
