Great stay in Smallwood/Bethel
The house was clean, comfortable and has everything we needed for a girl's weekend away. The deck was nice to relax and watch the deer. Bethel Woods is only 10 minutes away. The host was great to work with and always communicated back. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Joel's place. Joel is great with communication and quickly responded to any questions. The home is very clean, beds are comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed barbecuing on the deck. Didn't get to use the fire pit as it was a bit too chilly to sit out at night. Hopefully can do that next time. We would love to come back again!

Nice house in Catskills
