Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Cancelled at last minute

Burnham beaches cancelled my booking with only 14 hours before we were settinf off. This caused a huge amount of stress as we had a huge amount of things booked which couldbt be changed and this was one booking in a row of many others down south.
