The property was nice enough, good decor and the area around it was alright with enough to do. The shuttle service and staff are what really saved this review from being 3 stars. All the staff was awesome every single one (Especially Britneyat front desk) but our room for some reason got flooded during the night and the carpet was soaked. Other than that stay was alright.

Dried coffee stains on the guest desktop, toothpaste splatter on the bathroom mirror and adjacentwall, light's burned out/not working, body wash dispenser in the shower was empty... Continental Breakfast was mediocre to say the least for a $200/per night room. Limited parking - more guests than spots available.

Front staff was very pleasant and helpful to talk to. Rooms were lacking general maintenance and upkeep. Grout in shower was missing and very dirty along with floor grout. Beds were comfortable very noisy from above and adjacent room. For the price unfortunately because of Niagara consider it a ripoff. It was within a short walk of the fall which was one of the highlights.
