- Experience the ultimate in luxury at two exclusive villas situated above the picturesque village of Blace, less than 100 m from the azure waters of the Adriatic Sea.
Two identical villas are available.
The first villa consists of 3 luxurious apartments, each measuring 100 m², offering comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests. Each apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, providing a total of 6 bedrooms throughout the villa.
The second villa is identical to the first.
In each villa, one apartment is located on the ground floor, the second on the first floor, while the third occupies the top floor as a luxurious penthouse.
Each apartment features two bedrooms with private bathrooms, while the three master bedrooms in each villa additionally offer private whirlpool bathtubs with sea views.
The villas are available exclusively for rent as a whole, with each villa accommodating up to 12 guests.
Guests can enjoy two heated swimming pools in each villa, including a rooftop infinity pool with a counter-current swimming system, spacious rooftop terraces with barbecue areas, beautifully landscaped gardens, and outdoor showers.
Additional amenities include private parking for 8 cars and a private berth for two boats up to 10 m in length, located 500 m from each villa.
A €1,000 damage deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after the villa has been inspected on the day of departure.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning is included in the price once a week for longer stays. If additional cleaning is required, it can be arranged according to your needs and will be charged based on the time spent. The rate for one hour of cleaning is €20.
This six-bedroom can accommodate up to twelve guests. It features TV/flat-screen TV and is combined with kitchen. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
