### Stunning Seafront Lux Apt, Fort Cambridge inc POOL

This idyllic 3 bedroom luxury seafront apartment is situated in the  
 most popular and upmarket town of Sliema. Fort Cambridge is an Award  
 winning development of Luxury seafront apartments in Malta, where one  
 can enjoy stunning views in absolute peace and tranquility combined  
 with 24hr security in complete privacy.  
 The complex is situated on a historical site, surrounded by its own  
 large private landscaped gardens, with an Olympic size swimming pool  
 and underground carpark. While open sea swimming is just across the  
 road, either from the public beaches or one of the beach clubs.  
 The apartment features a huge open plan Living and Dining area with a  
 fully equipped kitchen and a huge seafront terrace with outdoor  
 furniture. The sleeping quarters consists of a large double bedroom  
 with en-suite facility, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest  
 toilet. The living room comes with an LCD Smart TV and Cable TV. The  
 whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers high speed, Wi-Fi  
 internet and much more.  
 Get active and enjoy a workout in the fully equipped gym at the Fort  
 Fitness club which includes an indoor running track, a boxing ring,  
 beauty clinic and barber shop.

#### Hält nicht was das Inserat verspricht

Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Couches waren fleckig und durchgesessen, man sinkt förmlich ein und ist unbequem, bereits stark ausgebleicht.Betten steinhart, in einem Bett war auch eine viel zu große Matratze die dann in der Mitte ein Loch bildete - wurde dann auf Beschwerde getauscht.Fenster sind undicht, bei Sturm pfeift der Wind durch und Wasser dringt ein - wurde auch nach Beschwerde nicht repariert.Waschbeckenablauf war nicht korrekt angeschlossen - Wasser läuft aus. Der in dem Inserat angegebene Pool ist im Mai noch nicht geöffnet - ist aber nirgends vermerkt oder kenntlich.Extra Parkplatz kostet zusätzlich 10 pro Tag - es ist ansonsten unmöglich einen Parkplatz vor Ort zu haben.Könnte so weiter machen mit Kleinigkeiten die gestört haben z.B. WLAN reicht nicht bis in die Schlafzimmer - wurde aber nach Beschwerde mit Repeater aufgerüstet, war aber ingesamt sehr nervig und weniger erholend.Auch die Umgebung ist sehr laut und der Ausblick eher ernüchternd. Die Bilder im Inserat sind eher vom ersten Tag und locken, entsprechen aber nicht mehr dem heutigen Zustand.Nicht zu empfehlen.
