The kitchen was well equipped and it was good to have access to a washing machine and line. Having windows both ends of the apartment gave a lovely cross breeze. It was a very convenient, quiet and safe neighbourhood with the walk to the ferry and waterfront under 10 minutes. The apt looks just like the pictures, with tasteful decoration, very clean, spacious, comfy and cozy and with a homey feeling....in one word just perfect!! From the small balcony you can see both streets going up and the Sliema strand with all restaurants, shops, buses and ferry is just 6/7 min walking distance down the road. The flat looked very nice, clean and comfortable. Above that there is everything needed - kettle, stove, oven (we did not use it as there is very nice pastizzi nearby), big fridge, dvd player, kitchen towels, bathroom towels, well like at home ;-) and for a very reasonable price. Even though we did not spend much time in the flat during the day as we were out sightseeing it is perfectly located and in a very quiet area so we had a great night sleep to refresh ourselves for a next day of visiting Malta. The ferry stop to Valletta is just 3 minutes walk from the flat to the waterfront as well as bus stops with connections to the whole of the island.
