Great location. Right next to the freeways. There’s a mall right across the property. The hotel is old and run down. We stayed a a Bay View room and the view of the bay is great. There’s a fridge on the room but no microwave. Front desk staff was okay, not too friendly.
We’ll stay here again when in the area.

The location is great but July room was a bit run down. Smelled like cigarettes and bathroom was disappointing. The fan switch did not work and the shower was hard to regulate the temperature.

We always enjoy staying here. It's centrally located to be able to walk to the campus and around town. Sometimes we get a bathroom that is small and there is no room to keep our toiletries, however this time we had a good size bathroom with plenty of space. Always recommend the Shattuck.
