We had to walk up thirty stairs to the top room which was claustrophobic and the bed was very high. The toilet system was very loud. My partner couldn’t get into the shower as she is on the large size and struggled with the stairs which did not have a proper banister.
We checked out two days early as she couldn’t cope with the stairs and the room and we are awaiting a refund for those two days.
