Where our villa was, ocean view is partial. Would have loved it if there are more options for a partial or full ocean view since this can impose the right expectations. Checking in at 0400pm, would have expected the room to be ready but needed to wait 10-20 minutes. Dining is also disappointing since even as a guest there, there's no option for food room service - so had to drive out again, spend an hour for roundtrip to a restaurant then back. First call to guest services, nobody answered the call so had to call again to get someone to pick up the phone.
Villa is spacious, clean, and felt safe around the area. It's good but not too good knowing how much was paid for a nightly stay. Doubtful about coming back here again.

We liked the style of everything. Everything was clean and minimalist but modern.
The staff was polite and helpful.
The AC didn't seem to be controllable. And it worked sub par.
Again the scene was nice. It was perfectly located for comfortable walking distance to the Shoreline Ampiatheater. The hotel menu could use better choices. Maybe too fancy for me but mousse liver before heading out was not going to be enough 😭
