- One Queen in the upstairs sleeping loft is the primary sleeping area.
- There is also a "double twin" daybed in the loft that can accommodate two smaller individuals. A little narrower than a true twin bed— best for kids or small adults.
- Lastly, there is a queen pullout couch in the living area for a fourth bed.
