"The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable but we had some problems. Our TV was not working and needed to be rebooted. We called the first night and maintenance came about 1 1/2 hours later to fix it. The next night we had the same problem. Called again and no one came. We called the third night and they came about 30 minutes later. The room was serviced until 4:00pm the first day we were there. Also, They advertise a full restaurant and there isn’t one. You can get “bar food” at the lobby bar but we couldn’t even find a menu that listed what they had and there was no one at the bar to ask. They have a small “store” in the lobby but it was closed every time we tried to go there and we were there for 4 days. I’m rating it 3 stars because the room itself was comfy. Otherwise it would be 2 stars. The hotel could be awesome but it is mismanaged and hugely understaffed."

"They give us a room with people inside.. the front desk is not helpful at all her name is Cindy.. She said that she didn't know room still occupied unbelievable!!! Cannot trust them . Giving keys to the room that still occupied with other guests. I asked for the manager and unfortunately manager is off weekends 😒 . (That's why she is not paying attention with guest 🙄) ."

"We had a great experience. Neil was a great host; very responsive and communicative. The place was very clean, and had just about all we needed. The beds are so comfortable!! We felt safe in the house and in the neighborhood. The only thing we wished, was that it had a microwave. No big deal, (you can air fry in the oven) but other than that, it was great. "

"Lack of Amenities: no broom, no swiffer, no snow shovel no snow brush, no snow salt. No access to laundry room. False ad stated whole house w/washer and dryer turns out it was an upstairs 2nd floor apartment with permanent tenants living downstairs that lied and complained on the very first night stating us adults were awake at 3am making noise when in fact we were so tired from all the holidays to do’s and travels that once we picked up the last traveler from the airport at midnight we were all showered exhausted all sleeping-house quiet by 12:30am Let’s not to forget to mention the only child in that home is a six-year-old that goes to bed by nature daily by 8 PM!! Sharp!! we got snowed in pretty badly and had no amenities whatsoever to clean up to get out safely one adult in crutches fresh post op from surgery we were all very concerned had to cancel our paid planned events-reached out to the host whom promised that night that in the morning, a snow company would come to clean up the property and salt down for safety when I reached out the following morning to the host she seem bothered attitude told us to deal with customer service. Thankfully, we got a very helpful representative-promptly reached out to the host and by late that afternoon we had a snow removal crew come and clean up the property as it was indeed her duty as the owner. "
