(1,550 reviews) Very Safe area !!!safe private parking with a really nice friendly night security man who walks around the parking lot all night. The room was big and VERY CLEAN!! Staff was very nice and helpful plus friendly especially the young man in the front desk named Gavin!!!! Popular restaurants nearby which was really nice to go grab something to eat. Really enjoyed the bistro in the hotel lobby!! Morning coffee and pastries were delicious and with a good price. The restaurant staff were very friendly and nice too!! This trip was no different in meeting my expectations (clean rooms, available items in the restrooms, decent options for breakfast--but the inn is walking distance from a plaza with much to offer, so this has never been an issue for us). The only exception which had taken us aback this visit was not being given a parking pass for the lot (which was a first for us) it was kinda shrugged off when we inquired about it. Also, not offering or pre-providing one of the "Do Not Disturb" door dangers--which was oddly a first as well. When we asked for one, they just pulled out a blank door hanger and hand-wrote it in. (Something anyone could have done. So again, odd; and slightly unprofessional in our opinion) These two points docked a star for us in rating this trip simply because we've never experienced that in our past visits; and for safety purposes (being undisturbed throughout the trip) and for peace of mind (knowing we would not get towed parking in the inn's parking lot), I think they're important enough.
