Staff were very kind. Our flight was terribly delayed and arrived Hotel at 2AM(!), but Staff waited us and checked in. Also staff at breakfast was friendly and breakfast was good. Our kids loved them. I strongly recommend Hotel Pownal.

The room doesn't have air conditioning, and the breakfast is meager.
