Customer service was very hit and miss. While some staff were friendly and professional, others seemed uninterested, often offering no greeting or smile. The complimentary boat service to the port was poorly managed. We arrived at 6:50 pm, within the advertised 6:00-7:00 pm operating hours, but the boat had already left. The next day, we arrived before 6:00 pm and it was already full. 2 friends of the skipper pushed their way to the front and jumped on the boat so we ended up squeezing onto an overcrowded boat for the 10-minute trip. It was also disappointing that hotel guests had to pay for basic sunbeds, as the free ones were usually taken. Reception arranged a private taxi that cost €45 for a 20-minute journey into town. The next day, I specifically requested a metered taxi for the same trip and it cost only €25. A more transparent approach would have been appreciated. Breakfast was below average, with dried-out food, overripe fruit, and unhelpful staff making even a hot drink difficult to order. Overall, the hotel has some positives, but inconsistent service, poor communication, extra charges, and disappointing breakfast quality detracted from the experience.

I only stayed there one night because they were overbooked when I arrived and they did not have the type of room I have ordered available. When I spoke to the front desk manager, they rectified the issue by upgrading me to their sister hotel on the same beach front, which was excellent.

Great pools but they need to remain open for longer - officially closes at 5pm though a little leeway. Breakfast buffet extensive and something for everyone. Open 7am-11am which is helpful. Very helpful concierge Goran and taxi booking from Diana. Be organised about this especially as lots of traffic due to roadworks on airport and Kotor road. Excellent housekeeping staff. Beach towels available from beach itself also very useful. Nice bars and restaurants immediately outside and turn left for very pretty area with lovely seafood restaurants and secluded beaches. 20 minute walk to Budvar if you turn right out of hotel. Not the prettiest walk initially but bear with it as port area and old town lovely.

Quite rude/ judgmental front desk and other staff. Also the bigger issue is that we were not notified prior to arrival that all the hotel restaurant facilities were completely shut down due to some large private group booking. Not even room service was available to get a hamburger or any type of food at all. We arrived quite late at like 9:30pm after a very long day of 5 hrs of driving and specifically had selected the hotel due to a highly rated restaurant/spa/gym. If someone had thought it prudent to let guests know before arrival that none of their facilities were available we could have planned accordingly and gotten dinner somewhere else on the way. However they did not. By the time we got to our room after finding this out it was after 10pm and mostly all of the local restaurants were already closed. The one restaurant in town the front desk staff kept trying to insist I go to would probably have given me food positioning given its abysmal reviews- so we did not get dinner that night. The room itself was nice and the gym was good, however given the attitudes of most staff I encountered and the poor communication I would not stay again .
