Attitude of staff was poor. They would not return passport until you payed cash up front although they had credit card data for reservation. Complementary breakfast consisted of bread and hard boiled egg. A coffee and tea cost us 280 dinar. Outrageous!

Disliked: Staff & service
Unimpressed
Although the hotel itself & the rooms were OK our 2 days stopping there started badly when no-one answered the door bell to the locked entrance gate, 15 minutes later we managed to get in to the hotel out of the rain. The rooms themselves were quite nice & the staff seemed quite friendly. However, it was clear that no member of staff stays overnight in the Villa as on our 1st night drunken football fans staying in the Villa made our lives hell by shouting & screaming abuse till 05.00 in the morning, When asking the staff in the morning if anything could be done they said we could go to the room next door - this was not acceptable! The drunken football fans were allowed to continue for another 2 nights,
The "included" breakfast must be the worst I have ever had - no drink (i,e, tea, coffee juice or water) was included & the breakfast consisted of 1 boiled egg 1 portion of butter & jam & 3 slices of stale bread! Possibly the worst place I've stopped at in 20 years of travelling around eastern Europe!
By the way, we checked out after 1 night - that was enough!!
Plus "maison d'hôtes "que hôtel située sur la colline résidentielle de Skopje, à 30 mn du centre à pied et 15 mn d'un centre commercial. Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre triple ressemblant à une mini suite....
