This was such a cute property. We received check in instructions day before and was very easy to get in. Finding the guesthouse was a bit difficult but we asked someone in the bakery next door and they were able to direct us. It’s right next door to a convenience store. The guesthouse itself is huge and has everything you need. You do take stairs to get to your room but not a big deal and we found parking on the street. Would definitely stay here again as the location is also perfect and near all the club spots in downtown Reykjavik. Would definitely come here again

My husband stated this was the best hotel he’s ever stayed it! Views are spectacular, breakfast every morning was amazing, bed was very comfortable, shower was great, and the storage was plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is it was hard to find the entrance on a Sunday evening since the hotel is just the top floor of an office building and the sign is very small. We called and the staff greeted us in the parking lot to help us. Great experience, would highly recommend!

We were transferred to the plaza one. Super noisy with loud music all night long. Never ever wanted/want to stay here. Exhausted with no sleep at all. It’s a shame that the hotel knowingly put/transferred us here without any prior knowledge, and was not explained why. Horrible horrible horrible

"Hotel was lovely as was the restaurant.!! Everything was clean and it offered a convenient pick up spot for various tours. Only problem I had was they placed me in a lower level room right next to construction. Luckily I was out of the room most of the day so it didn’t really bother me."

"So nice! Was a lovely pod and lots of bathrooms available. Very clean and they give you a robe, two towels, and shampoo, soap, and lotion to use during your stay.
