Do not allow pets on furniture or in bedrooms. Clean up after your animals before checkout otherwise a $50 fee will be charged. There is a pooper scooper for your convenience. Use the normal bin for waste.

For the door handles:
1. Close the doors as normal
2. Pull up the handle to close the doors properly

To lock the doors, the key needs to be turned the opposite of what one would normally do

Rubbish
Bin location:
General Waste (red lid or small green bin) - collected weekly
Recycling (yellow lid) - please do not put glass or soft plastics in the bin (use general waste bin)
Green waste (bright green lid) - please do not put food scraps or pet waste in the bin (use general waste)

Unless we send message and request, a Flairbnb team member will take the rubbish bins to the kerb for collection and put away again. Please make sure they have access to the bins from the afternoon prior to the bin collection day.

Checkout information
Strictly 10am. Due to cleaning scheduling we cannot accommodate late check outs. Please leave the key to the property back in the lockbox.
