There wasn’t a single staff member who wasn’t very nice, courteous, and helpful. Two complaints. 1) They should mop the floors between guests. The floors in the room were dirty. 2) The room pass can take many attempts in order to open the door. It was frustrating. But the staff alone would bring me back to this location."
