Only stayed for a night, but this place had everything we needed. It is close to the ferry port to Lyngseidet. Host was friendly and spoke enough English to accommodate us with our non-existent Norwegian. Dinner was nice and reasonably-priced, and breakfast was plentiful. Only thing to be wary is that the restaurant was open only until 6pm, but this may have been due to it being low season.

I booked this last minute as I didn’t plan on staying the night here. Obviously one should give more time in advance as the code to the door is provided in advance. I was very appreciative that the owner saw the booking quick and met us when we parked, introduced himself and made sure we were all set to check in. Appreciate the extra effort. Apartment was clean, modern appliances and spacious. Definitely a great pick if you’re staying in this area.

Great location for the ferry
"The guesthouse is perfect for the ferry 2 minutes drive away. The room was large with separate bathroom and the double bed comfy. We had a delicious dinner in the cafe, but it closes at 6pm. The cooked breakfast included was huge, all freshly made to order. Being on the main highway it’s very convenient ..."
