Few small things I disliked/didn’t work: * WiFi is not protected with password. I couldn’t connect to it with my company laptop, hence couldn’t work from the hotel * Remote for the television was missing * Tablet for remote controls and for ordering was not working at all (seems was not connected to internet) * Head of the bed was dirty * Smart tv functionalities were not working properly due to weak connection (watching YouTube videos or Netflix was very annoying)

Exceptional staff, all very helpful and welcoming felt like personal service by all. Nothing was too much trouble. Spa area was excellent, great pools. Great location for walks and relaxing
