About this property

Newly renovated 3 bed/2bath pet friendly home.

  • Summary:

    This beautiful pet friendly property was newly renovated in July 2021. This home is located right next to the famed Mirbeau Inn and Spa and within just a short walk to the village! The inspiration for the interior design is the famed Skaneateles Polo Club! The decor is a Ralph Lauren inspired, transitional equestrian style.



    The Space:

    It has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The main level has a beautiful kitchen with island, quartz countertops and white cabinetry. The living room is large and has a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa with plenty of additional seating. There is also gorgeous polo inspired 1/2 bath, off the front entry. The second level will has three bedrooms all with queen beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms and another full bath off of the hallway. The master bathroom has a shower and the hallway bathroom will have a tub/shower. The backyard has a beautiful deck and is fenced in for your furry babies!! The best part about this home aside from its beauty, is it’s location. It is right next to Mirbeau Inn and Spa and Rosalie’s Cucina and just one block away from The Kreb’s Restaurant. It is also a very short walk to all of the shops and restaurants that downtown Skaneateles has to offer!!     ****The Village of Skaneateles banned all short term rentals (any stays under 30 days) in 2015 and therefore, this property is one out of a handful that is located in the township, where you can still walk to the Village.

Beautiful, clean property within walking distance of all that Skaneateles offers! It was perfect for our multi-generational family, and we enjoyed the grill and the yard. Everything worked perfectly and there was plenty of room of our two cars.

Wonderful spot!

This home was wonderful - it was beautifully described and was everything we expected. The decor and appointments in every room were terrific. The owner was wonderful with full and complete communication and could not be nicer. I use VRBO often and this was by far one of the best spots we have stayed.

Fantastic updated charming home close to village

The whole process was very smooth and communication with Debbie and Tyler throughout the stay was great! The house was very nicely updated and clean with plenty of space for our family. The location was perfect within walking distance to the village and very close to Mirbeau!

Finger Lake Posh

Beautiful home within easy walking distance to the village. We found it super clean & well-appointed. Would stay there again in a New York minute. Had a great meal at the Sherwood Inn within walking distance & a nice lunch at the Blue Water Grill as well. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. You won't find a better spot for your visit to Skaneateles!

Great autumn weekend

Group of 40 year old moms who meet once a year for the weekend. 16 minute walk into the village made it perfect and easy, and house was clean, inviting and had everything we needed. Will be staying again for sure! Caroline DeSocio

Great spot in Skaneateles

We booked last minute to head up to Syracuse Univ to surprise our son over President's weekend so was not sure what to expect. The home exceeded expectations. It is tastefully decorated, very clean and well maintained. It was a pleasant surprise and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Lovely location to the town

My family and I had a short trip to Upstate NY, and this house checked every box for us. We brought our dog, so big plus on fenced in yard. Plenty of bathroom space, and the best part is the location to town. We walked to Skaneateles bakery on more than 1 occasion and thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend spring trip. Even my daughter enjoyed the board games offered at the house (when we weren’t snacking on baked goods).

Doggies Loved I Too

House is so nicely decorated, super comfortable, and incredibly well equipped. The walk to downtown is very easy and pretty. Lake Skaneateles is just beautiful. This is our second time in this home. We have two Bernese Mountain dogs and they love it too!

Fabulous location

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable, well appointed home. It had all the amenities you need and could want. Very cozy, comfortable and location was perfect to go into the village into the lake. I came with my husband, my brother and sister-in-law and our little dog. The backyard was great. It was fenced in and we could sit out and relax without worrying about the dog getting away. We were very comfortable there and would love to come back again.

House was spotless when we arrived. Supplied items well stocked. Large picture televisions in all rooms.Central air in all rooms. Every room was recently remodeled and had very modern up to date decor . Dogs had fun in the fenced in backyard. Property manager easy to reach when we had any questions. 5 star all the way !!

Wonderful Easter Weekend

We very much enjoyed our Easter weekend stay at this home. It is nicely decorated, well stocked and very clean (they allow dogs but you would never know… so clean!). Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and I fully appreciated that it was big enough for them to explore but small enough to keep an eye on them. We loved the location and walked to the village a few times. My husband was VERY happy about the TV size. The property managers were highly responsive and answered the few questions we had. Such a great propert!
