(555 reviews) Staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel itself is on the floor of a building, I havent come across this before! But the hotel was clean and the rooms are spacious and have excellent showers! Although they could've cleaned our rooms a little more often (we were promised every 2 days but only cleaned once out of 6 days), I would just recommend chasing staff to clean, once we asked for things they were only too keen to help us. I would still recommend this hotel for an affordable place to stay, outside of Stockholm but with good city links.
